A Truly Hands-On Approach

I have always had an interest in science and healthcare since I was young. I have also enjoyed problem solving and using my hands. My dad always said, labor builds character, so I knew that I would need to choose a profession that I would enjoy, use my hands, and help others.

While attending college, I spent my summers in a woodshop making custom kitchen sets and while thinking about my future in healthcare, the perfect choice presented itself – chiropractic.

Chiropractic provides an avenue for me to tend to the health of my patients, solve problems, and work with my hands. I appreciate being able to help patients in a holistic fashion so they enjoy a better quality of life, health, and wellness, without the side effects of drugs. ###Specialized Training

After graduating from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in biology, I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. In addition, I underwent advanced training in extremity manipulation, soft tissue therapy, and whole food nutrition. ###Interests Outside the Office

I love spending time with my family, Annie, Luca, Charlotte, and Delilah our puppy. In my free time, I enjoy renovating and remodeling our 100-year-old house and watching all those terrible B-movies from the 80’s.

Meet Dr. Jaclyn Andrews

Chiropractic has been a part of my life since I was 3 years old, attending sessions a few times per week with my younger sister who suffered from ear infections, where I was also adjusted regularly. Little did I know, those early experiences would lay the foundation for a lifelong passion. Later on, chiropractic care played a pivotal role in helping me recover from a shoulder injury that I sustained during my high school and college swimming career. It became clear to me that chiropractic wasn’t just a treatment—it was a path to healing and thriving.

I’ve always been drawn to medicine and healthcare, but what truly spoke to me about chiropractic was its ability to support health and wellness in a holistic, natural way. It gave me the unique opportunity to stay active, educate others, and advocate for long-term health—all while helping people feel their very best. ###Specialized interests

After completing my undergraduate degree at Washington & Jefferson College, I went on to earn my Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. While I’m passionate about serving everyone, I have a special interest in helping athletes recover from injuries, optimize their performance, and stay in top shape. In addition, I have done additional training in nutrition and functional health counseling, recognizing that true wellness is about balancing both the body and lifestyle. Ultimately, my goal is simple: to help my patients truly thrive. ###Outside the office

When I’m not caring for patients, you’ll find me staying active through running, spinning, hot yoga, weightlifting, or walking my two dogs, Porter and Koa. I also enjoy spending time with my husband, Dr. Brian, friends, and family, as well as traveling whenever possible.

As a native of Greensburg, I’m beyond excited to be back in the community I grew up in, helping others live their healthiest and happiest lives!

I became a chiropractor because I wanted to help people.

That being said, the health field was always an area of interest for me. My first experience with chiropractic in junior high school showed me what a great profession this is and the positive changes you can have on others.

Being active, I knew that I wanted my career geared towards health and wellness. Something that would allow me to help a patient return to pre-injury status as quickly as possible. ###Chiropractic focuses on spinal manipulation and muscle training.

These coupled together allow patients to heal and recover. Being able to return a patient to a better state of health, by allowing the body to heal itself, was something that really appealed to me.

I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. Palmer’s rich history, outstanding facilities, and exceptional staff were selling points that I could not pass. My biggest surprise was the diversity in chiropractic adjusting techniques. I utilized chiropractic as a patient, but was astounded at the variety of techniques available and the rationale behind them.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, and friends. I like the outdoors, playing sports, and other games (cards or board games). I love learning new things. Finally, I have two of the best dogs in the world, Bailey and Porter.
